We can arrange up to 60% of the cost of the Land and a further 100% of the Build costs subject to a maximum of 65% of the finished value. The loan can last up to 12 months. The improvement costs are
released in stages in arrears of each stage.

Borrowing is available on Full status or Self
Certification.

Finance available for all credit histories.
Flexible payments. Interest only.

Funds are available for Builders, Developers and Speculators.
