Finance is available
for 70% of the purchase cost
and 100% of the Build Cost up
to a maximum
of 65% of the projected value.
The Stage Payments
are paid in arrears.
The term is a minimum of 3 months and
a maximum of 12 months.
Planning Permission must be in place.
If the Outline Planning Term islimited to 6 months a detailed Planning Application
must be submitted within 2 months
of purchase then the term
extended to 12 months.
The idea of the loan is to fund the
Development so that
it may be sold. If it is to be let out or for own occupation, a Remortgage onto
a mainstream Lender would be required.
CLIENT STATUS:
Minimum age -18 years- no maximum age.
Existing commitments
not asked for.
All Credit histories accepted.
