There will be a Fee for
Mortgage Advice. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances
but we estimate that it will be £250. This could be £100
with application and £150 on completion. If this is not
possible we can collect the whole amount on completion.
If you are an existing client and you are using our services
on a second or subsequent occasion we will not charge a fee.
For Right to Buy Purchases a separate fee scale operates this
is described on the Right to Buy page. |
